The planning process:
I. Planning and Strategy Call
- We’ll walk through your vision, location ideas, timing, and any concerns. We'll make suggestions considering lighting, privacy, and genuine reactions.
II. The Proposal
- On the day of the proposal, we arrive early to get into the perfect position to capture the moment. We will be in constant communication with you throughout the day so that we are both on the same page.
- You focus on asking the question. We capture the magic!
III. After the "Yes"
- Once the moment settles, we can transition into a short, relaxed photo session to celebrate the engagement and capture the newly engaged joy.
FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for weekends or popular locations. Last minute proposals may be accommodated when availability allows.
Can you help me choose a location?
Absolutely. I regularly help clients select locations that feel meaningful while also working well for photography.
What if plans change last minute?
That’s normal. I plan for flexibility and stay in communication so adjustments don’t ruin the moment.
What happens if the weather gets in the way of Proposal Plans?
Weather is always a factor for outdoor shoots. We tend to be very flexible to accommodate. There are a few options that we have when choosing an outdoor location. A lot of the time we have a plan B for the day of just in case. We also stay flexible for rescheduling.
